As a long standing partner of Heart Creative’s, our work with Dandies ran the gamut. From culinary to marketing to creative endeavours, our main objectives centered around crafting a brand voice, defining a set style for food and product photography, and developing standout recipes that fit both their vegan commitments and general zeal for a delicious, vibrant lifestyle. The Scoop
Setting The Table
Dandies Marshmallows has a fervent following of treat loving consumers. The challenge, however, fell within keeping that audience apprised of Dandies’ latest offerings, namely limited run seasonal flavors such as Pumpkin and Peppermint. Enter: seasonal campaigns.
Our solution revolved around creating seasonal, brand forward content, personified messaging, and a detailed social media rollout that spanned our key dates—which, in this case, meant the lead up to both Halloween and the Winter Holidays. In conjunction, we incorporated diverse CTAs to offer the Dandies audience palpable offers that convert and create demand.
The Experience
Given the client’s strong emphasis on both the tone and visual style of the Dandies Marshmallows brand, our two main paths to success were just that—copywriting and photographic styling. Supported by a rigorous, data driven marketing strategy, our collective marshmallow filled dream started to take shape.
Our resulting palette? Bold colors, light steeped sets, and dynamic shadows. Our voice? Dry, self aware, informative without being boring, and, of course, approachable—essentially, how we imagine a marshmallow would talk.

Over the course of our brand awareness campaigns, Dandies’ social presence increased dramatically. The Instagram account grew nearly 20% organically.
